Do your ship out of the US?

Unfortunately at this time, we do not.  Our formulations are more active than is allowed in the European market. We’ll let you know if this changes in the future.

I’m new to your line.  Where should I start?

It depends on your skin type, your primary skin concern and how sensitive your skin may be. If you have sensitive skin and are new to using more professional grade products that are very active and result driven, please ease into using our products by trying one or two items at first as every product is powerful and offers multi benefits on all skin types and concerns.  Common concerns are:

SENSITIVE SKIN
PIGMENTATION OR MELASMA
Many start with our Gentle Glow Cream Cleanser, Advanced Lactic Brightening Treatment, Beauty Elixir, Vitalizing Vitamin B & C Serum, and the Pigmentation Brightening Treatment if you want quicker results.
To start, it's best to go slow and ease into the products. Many start by using our  Gentle Glow Cream Cleanser, the  Vitalizing Vitamin B & C serum and the Pigmentation Brightening Treatment AM and PM. Then use our  Advanced Lactic Brightening Treatment once or twice a week for added exfoliation and brightening.

ACNE/CONGESTION/BREAK OUTS
Our Salicylic Acid Treatment is absolutely incredible for treating acne, blemishes and helps prevent future breakouts and oil production. Advanced Exfoliating Cleanser and Lactic Acid Treatment are excellent options for controlling acne. If your skin is very oil and thick, also add our Glycolic Cream to your regimen 3 times a week at night.

DRYNESS
If you are trying to reduce dryness and aging skin, its best to exfoliate the top layer of dry skin off. The  Advanced Exfoliating Cleanser and Glycolic Cream will help. Please note your skin will initially feel drier as the top dead layer of skin cells exfoliates, revealing smoother, healthier skin underneath. Over time, your skin will retain moisture more easily.
The Gentle Cleanse, Weightless serum, and Rehydrating Cream are great for dry skin, especially when using Retin-A.

My skin is sensitive. Can I use your products?

Yes, but please use caution.  Start slowly just a few times a week, or with only 1-2 products. Our line is active, so if you are very sensitive, it may not be the right line for you.
It’s important to remember that less is more, so sensitive types are advised to start slowly with an active product, such as Retinol or exfoliants, so you can see how your skin reacts.
The Gentle Cleanser, Weightless Serum and Rehydrating Cream are safe for sensitive skin.

I have under eye circles due to my genetics. Which product can improve this?

This sometimes occurs from sun damage, allergies and genetics. The Precision Brightening Cream is your best option. Best used AM and PM. If you want to speed things up, you can also our 12% Vitalizing Vitamin C to help brighten and prevent further pigmentation.

How can I treat my melasma?

Melasma is a challenging skin issue and often requires ongoing treatment. There is no “miracle” product for melasma, so beware of claims you may find online. Be consistent and patient when treating melasma, and consider seeing a skin care professional or doctor for help.
Our Advanced Exfoliating Cleanser, Advanced Lactic Brightening Treatment, Precision Brightening Cream and Glycolic Cream have been very effective for many of our clients with stubborn pigmentation and melasma.
You can also add the NEW Beauty Elixir (if you are not acne prone) or try our very popular Vitalizing Vitamin C Serum 12% to take your home care regimen to the next level.

I have uneven skin tone and pigmentation, and/or PIH (from acne). How can I treat my skin?

The Advanced Exfoliating Cleanser and/or the Glycolic Cream are excellent choices. If you are prone to PIH and brown spots from acne, then our Precision Brightening Cream should be used all over and more applied to the spots of pigmentation.

Can I use the Advanced Lactic Brightening Treatment for acne?

Yes, this product is suitable for all skin types and concerns.  Click here to learn more about how our NEW Advanced Lactic Brightening Treatment helps improve acne breakouts and other skin concerns.

Will my skin purge with use of your products?

Not necessarily. Everyone’s skin is unique.  If you have hidden congestion, exfoliation will pull the impurities up and out of your skin.
Purging naturally occurs when the follicles open up and oil is released.  It is actually a good sign and means the skin is clearing and healing. Click here to learn more about why your skin purges when using new products.

I purchased the Advanced Lactic Brightening Treatment and I’m not sure how to use it. Can you help me?

This product comes with an instruction sheet. It's best to use this product once or twice weekly to start and when you need a little more exfoliation.

I have a lot of blackheads. What’s the best product to use?

The Blemish & Breakout Clearing Treatment (with Salicylic Acid) is a fantastic choice.

I have mature skin and I’ve been using RetinA (tretinoin) cream.  What should I use from your line?

Our mature skin clients love our NEW Beauty Elixir, Advanced Lactic Brightening Treatment and our Professional Repairing Retinol. All help to exfoliate, brighten and repair aging skin.

What is difference between your 2 Vitamin C products?

We also offer (2) Vitamin C serums. The NEW Beauty Elixir (20% C) is ideal for mature skin and is usually the preferred product as it multitasks as a C serum and hydrator. It is an excellent choice for both Age 40+ clients and melasma clients. Click here to learn more about our NEW Beauty Elixir.
Our Vitalizing Vitamin C Serum 12% is great for all skin types. It's an excellent option for antioxidant protection and cellular repair.

Are the products medical grade?

No. They are made with the highest quality active ingredients and formulated precisely so you get results.

Are the products all natural?

Our line is 98% natural with no fillers, fragrances, parabens, sulfates or hype. We’re also Cruelty-Free and all products are manufactured in the US.

I started using the products and my skin feels dry.  Is this normal?

Yes. The products are concentrated and active.  They exfoliate and are meant to repair the top dead layer of damaged skin, which causes temporary dryness and mild flaking on some skin types.
You may moisturize more often when first adjusting to the products.

Do I need to use SPF with your products?

Yes, absolutely. You must use a high quality SPF 30 or above daily when using our product line.
If you are planning to vacation in a sunny or tropical climate, you may wish to temporarily discontinue use of exfoliating products 1 week in advance to avoid increased sun sensitivity.
